Consulting emerged as the top recruiting domain, capturing 33% of placements, followed by Finance with 28%. In Consulting, the highest offer was INR 45 LPA, and the average was INR 30.96 LPA, with prime recruiters such as Cognizant, Citi, Grant Thornton, HSBC, and ICICI Bank actively participating.
